Refund & Return Policy

MILLENNIUM EXPORTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • MILLENNIUM EXPORTS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the MILLENNIUM EXPORTS, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  1. Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds for eligible products, typically within the 5-7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Conditions for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product usually must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. It should not show signs of use, damage, or wear and tear. Make sure to follow any specific instructions provided by Millennium Exports. In certain situations, products may not be eligible for return, particularly in cases of buyer’s remorse. This includes instances where the incorrect model or color of the product was ordered or if the wrong product was ordered altogether.
  3. Return will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  4. Refund Process: Customers need to contact Bagman’s customer support or use the online return request form to initiate the refund process. You may need to provide proof of purchase, order number, and other relevant information.
  5. Refund Method: Millennium Exports will typically process refunds through the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account, which can vary depending on your payment provider.

Bagman’s Return Policy:

  1. Return Eligibility: We usually allows returns for products within a specified time frame fromt 5-7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Conditions for Return: The product should be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Damaged, worn, or customized items may not be eligible for return.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact Our customer support or use their online return request system. Provide the necessary information, such as your order number and the reason for the return.
  4. Return Shipping: We may offer different options for return shipping. In some cases, they might provide a prepaid shipping label, while in other cases, you may need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.
  5. Return Inspection: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets their return conditions. If it does, we will process the return.
  6. Return Resolution: We may offer different resolutions for returns, including a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different product.
