At BAGMAN, we take pride in delivering premium quality leather wallets and accessories. Every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

๐Ÿ” Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • You have received a different product than what you ordered
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Original invoice must be provided

โš ๏ธ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color or texture variations (natural leather has unique marks and shades)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product:

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 24โ€“48 working hours.


๐Ÿšš Return Pickup Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address (shipping cost will be reimbursed if approved)

Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5โ€“7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

๐Ÿ”„ Replacement Policy

We offer replacement instead of refund where stock is available in cases of:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement will be shipped within 3โ€“5 working days after return approval.

If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.


โŒ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Unboxing Video Requirement (Strongly Recommended)

We highly recommend customers to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
This helps us process claims faster in case of:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing products
  • Wrong delivery

Claims without proof may take longer or may not be approved.


๐Ÿงพ Product Nature Disclaimer

BAGMAN products are made from genuine natural leather.
Slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Grain

are natural characteristics of leather and are not considered defects.
