  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 working days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Local restrictions or unforeseen events

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional periods
  • Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if any, will also be shown before placing the order

📍 Delivery Address & Accuracy

Customers are requested to ensure that:

  • Correct and complete address is provided
  • Active phone number is entered for delivery coordination

BAGMAN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details.


📦 Failed Delivery & Reattempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs

📦 Damaged Package at Delivery

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Open
  • Tampered
  • Physically damaged

Please:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours

This helps us raise a claim with the courier and resolve your issue faster.
